SUSONITY partners with Zalaris to enable global HR and payroll transformation

SUSONITY, a global leader in surface solutions, has selected Zalaris to support the build-out of an independent, globally integrated HR and payroll environment. The collaboration will cover 18 countries and aims to create a scalable, future-ready platform that strengthens efficiency, compliance and employee experience.
Zalaris and SUSONITY have entered into a transformation and service agreement to modernise core HR processes and establish a consistent global operating model. As part of a comprehensive HR as a Service (HRaaS) approach, Zalaris will support both the implementation and ongoing delivery of payroll and selected HR managed services.
Planned project scope includes:
- Implementation of a global payroll solution based on Zalaris PeopleHub
- Global rollout of SAP SuccessFactors as HRIS, including Recruiting & Onboarding, Employee Central, Talent Management, and Performance & Goals
- Implementation of a global Time & Attendance system based on Zalaris PeopleHub Time & Attendance module
- Migration and transfer of existing electronic personnel files to Zalaris eFile
