Zalaris announces the general availability of its enhanced payslip experience within PeopleHub, following a successful testing phase with customers.
Payroll is one of the most important - and often most complex - elements of the employee experience. Many employees find it difficult to interpret payslip details, leading to a high volume of queries for HR and Payroll teams, especially after payday.
With the enhanced payslip experience, Zalaris transforms the traditional payslip into a more interactive and transparent experience.
From pilot to proven capability
After extensive production testing, the enhanced payslip experience is now available as a scalable feature within PeopleHub. It enables employees to:
- View their payslip in a structured, intuitive format aligned with familiar layouts.
- Access both current and upcoming payroll information.
- Compare multiple months to quickly identify differences in pay.
- Understand whether expected payments, such as overtime, are pending approval.
- Simulate upcoming payslips to anticipate future payments.
These capabilities allow employees to independently explore and validate their pay, reducing the need for support tickets and improving confidence in payroll accuracy.

As a complementary feature, Zalaris also offers Explain with AI, which provides employees with simple, on-demand explanations of payslip elements. The feature is optional and must be actively enabled by the user, ensuring full alignment with data privacy expectations and EU Artificial Intelligence Act requirements.
